These terms apply to everyone who uses FormDaily, both the personal trainer and the invited student. Using the app means agreeing to them.
Access to FormDaily requires an invitation from the team. Activate your account using the code or link sent to your email; after activation, sign in normally with your credentials.
What FormDaily is, and what it is not
FormDaily is a tool for organising and recording: workout prescription, scheduling, session history and progress tracking. It helps a professional do their work; it does not replace the professional.
FormDaily does not provide medical services, does not diagnose and does not prescribe treatment. FormDaily Insight observations are suggestions generated from your data for the trainer to evaluate — the training decision is always theirs.
If you train without supervision, performing the exercises is your own responsibility. Seek professional guidance and a doctor before starting a training programme.
Account and eligibility
- You must be at least 13. Between 13 and 18, use requires authorization from your legal guardian.
- Your account details must be true and kept up to date.
- The account is personal. You are responsible for what happens in it and must tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Personal trainers are responsible for keeping their own professional registration in good standing where the law requires it.
How you may use the app
You may not:
- Use the app for anything unlawful, or to harm another person.
- Upload another person’s data, photos included, without their permission.
- Attempt to bypass limits, access other accounts’ data, or automate access without authorisation.
- Resell, sublicense or present the service as your own.
Content you create
The workouts, measurements, notes and photos you record remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display that content in the app, for you and for the person you agreed to train with.
You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. Content that breaks the law or someone else’s rights may be removed.
Access, plans and payment
In this release, access is by invitation and free for all invited users, including trainers and students.
If a future release introduces charges, prices and terms will be provided before any purchase. Free access in this release does not promise permanent free access.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service up, but we do not promise continuous availability. We may change, suspend or retire features; when a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by writing to privacidade@formdaily.app. Export your data before you go — the app lets you do that whenever you want.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where possible and immediately where there is risk to other people or to the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury arising from performing exercises, for decisions taken from data in the app, for lost profit, or for service unavailability. Consumer rights granted by applicable consumer law remain untouched.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and disputes are resolved in the consumer’s home jurisdiction.
